Hair vitamins
Make sure your locks are getting all the right nutrients they need with a vitamin supplement. I take Biogian Beauty Collagen Gummies, 2-3 per day for healthy hair, skin and nails from Holland & Barrett.
Salon shampoo
I’ve always splashed out that little bit extra for top quality shampoo and conditioner, it costs more, but lasts ages and is so much better for your hair. I am currently using Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey from Feel Unique
Curl it!
For the unlucky ladies who aren’t born with a natural demi wave, give your hair some bounce by curling your hair with tongs! Wait for the hair to cool down and gently brush out each curls. My old faithful for curling irons will always be the GHD Curve Classic Curling Tong
Hair masks
Treat yourself to a an overnight hair mask to repair your hair from damages, for fresher hair with a more vibrant colour. Check out the Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner.
